My first passion has always been poetry.
You can find my award-winning literary work in periodicals such as Shameless Magazine, The Innis Review, Half a Grapefruit Magazine, The UC Review, and Acta Victoriana, among others.
I’ve written two collections of poetry: tulips (2016, 2018) and Using a spoon as a knife (forthcoming 2020). You can purchase/pre-order my book(s) at the Grey Borders website here.
I’ve performed as a featured/headlining reader, panelist, and speaker at various events across Ontario such as The Art Bar Poetry Series and The Poet Laureate Presents.
I’ve also given guest lectures in creative writing classes at the University of Toronto.
Why hire a creative writer?
I believe that my experience as a poet has made me a better freelancer; it’s helped me become a particularly creative and outside-the-box thinker.
I see the value in concise writing and I understand how to elicit emotion from my readers.
